The only actual teeth whitening I do is use teeth whitening strips, but other tips I would give you is to get an electric toothbrush. My mouth and gums feel so much more clean and fresh. I use one from Philips Sonicare. For toothpaste, I use Colgate Total and get the 3-pack at Costco. I also try to floss at least 1-2 times a day.
