I bought a SP7, and it wont display to two screens via the Surface dock (a known issue). I bought a USBC to Display Port adapter and can now use one external screen. IBM are unable to supply anything that will give me two 4K external monitors at 60hz. Am thinking about the Dell D6000 to replace Microsoft Dock (such a shame).

Hello I have an Acer Aspire 3 Intel Core i5 11th Gen and I'm wanting to connect my laptop to an external monitor via a Dell USB-C hub which then connects to the monitor via VGA. When I insert the hub I'm displayed with "PC isn't charging, use compatible charging methods". I am not charging my laptop via USB-C.
A Lightning to USB-C cable will not work in connecting to this display because, again, the iPhone doesn’t produce a video signal all on it’s own. Also, the cable is built in such a way to put the iPhone into USB B-mode (or device mode, as opposed to A-mode or host mode) and the USB-C end of the cable tells what it is connected to it to go
