Looks like the only data you need is "Maps (your places)" (I didn't export the other "Maps" data, Your preferences and personal places in Maps, cause from the details, it looks like only include configs) You will get a .zip file and in that ZIP, there will be a "Saved Places.json" file which include most if not all places you saved.
